Apple iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Unlocked GSM Phone - Space Gray (Renewed)

This is my 1st Iphone. It’s been a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I wish I would’ve just bought it straight from Apple. I got the phone and immediately removed the packaging and plugged it in with the charger that came with it. I read a card that was in the package that said they “test” all their refurbished phones before shipping. Let me say, I left it plugged up for an hour. It never charged. I had to find another charging block to use because this one didn’t work. I finally got it to charge. I turned it on and then the screen immediately starts to glitch white lines at the top. I turned it off and on and it stopped. Then I got the phone set up with my carrier. It started glitching again and has gotten worse. I got the phone the end of June. All I’ve heard from Refresh Tec is “I’m sorry we don’t have another unit to replace that one. We test all of our phones before sending it out. “. Yes you may have however, you probably turned it on and off and sent it on! Worst experience from Amazon EVER! They “say” they’ll refund my money but it leaves me without a phone! I have 4 kids in school. If they cannot reach me, I’m screwed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON!!!! You will be so disappointed. I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve ever bought from Amazon. This was a first and I’m very angry.

At first wen we bought the phone everything was ok........ bought as a gift in December phone was ok until about March April the phone start giving problem........ turning off not staying on........ then wen I wrote the seller their goin to tell me that the warranty for the phone ended in March and they can’t do anything to assist........ problem problem wouldn’t recommend to any one............

THE PHONE STARTED DROPPING CALLS AFTER 2 WEEKS OF USE. THE RETURN PROCESS WAS SIMPLE, THANK GOODNESS.

When I got it it was sit up with a lady always talking the commands so had to take to Verizon shop to get her off. The phone is not a bad phone have to charge it through the day depending on what I have used it for. I like it, nice and thin.

I was so nervous about ordering a refurbished iPhone on Amazon. I looked at so many options and went with this guy. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Product was in decent shape only problem was the screen is acting up after 1 week the screen does it own movements sometimes doesnt even work and the wifi and bluetooth wont work its a hit or miss with the this phone wouldnt recommend buying another one rather just put in a couple more bucks and buy a brand new one.

Hi good night i receive the phone but it is not in the condition that i expect the back scratch up on the left hand side on top has a dig i don’t like the condition i expect a clearer phone than that
