Amazing!
I've never curled my hair so fast and I dare say, I had a wonderful hair curling experience! My hair feels light and bouncy too! My arms aren't tired, I could actually start doing my hair before work, & probably causing less damage because you don't have to hold it in your hair like a curling iron. What I really like is that it can get my curly/frizzy Scottish/Irish roots and mostly hot tools can't- who wants to blow dry and then curl? Ugh! And I would always be so exhausted by the end, but this changes everything- it was so easy - I'm so happy I discovered this- thank you tiktok!

Hasn’t even lasted a year
Edit: the seller has offered a refund. I’m going to give them another try, because I do like the product. Received this in February 2025. I’ve had it less than a year, but the little side bristles have almost all fallen off. I like it, but unfortunately not durable.

Mildly warm cheap brush
I splurged on this one because I thought it would be better than the original. I never tried either before. I was incredibly disappointed. It just feels like a cheap brush that gets moldy warm. Due to the placement of the buttons I also kept accidentally switching the temperature. I would say you have to straighten your hair first with a different tool and then go and curl with this brush if you want any results. It did nothing to smooth out my hair and was a complete disappointment.

Beware of these issues first
I ordered this at $70 and was super excited to try it out. I have tailbone length hair & wanted a heated round brush to make my life a little easier. Sadly, this is how it went. Turned on the thermal brush to the lowest setting, and set it down while it heated up (which it did very quickly!). Brushed and sectioned my hair (just the face framing parts to try out this hot tool), sprayed heat protection, and started trying to use the thermal brush. I have 3 major complaints, mainly ease of use and final look. -The brush part is detachable so the space between the handle/base and the detachable brush part is a death trap for hair. Hair gets trapped between those separate pieces and ripped out. I must have lost about 20 hairs doing just my face framing sections. Trying to avoid this issue is impossible. -The power and temperature buttons on the handle are concave and very, very easily pressed when trying to spin the brush through your hair. The power button seems to require a press and hold, so no issues with it shutting down. However, the temperature button is the button that gets pressed most often and changes the temperature immediately. It goes from 300 to max and then from max backward (so 300, 330, 360, 390, 420, 390, 360, 330, 300) rather than going back to 300 after reaching the maximum temperature, so you're left frantically trying to adjust back to the proper setting while the brush is still stuck in your hair, since there is no way to lock the temperature. Had there been a way to lock the temperature, this would not have been an issue. -Finally, the end result was less than satisfactory. It took more effort to get there than I wanted (something my round flat iron, curling wand, or blowdryer and round brush combo could have achieved more easily), and on top of ripping my hair out, the thermal brush also left my hair frizzy looking, with ZERO, zip, nada, NOOO lift at the roots despite my best efforts and techniques, and uneven curls from when the brush would inevitably get stuck in my hair and I'd have to twist the brush in the opposite direction to release the hair. I gave 2 stars because it works, just not perfectly, and definitely not designed well! If you're looking to buy a thermal brush, save some money and just get the ones that don't have detachable pieces. I'm sad that this didn't work out well. It looks nice and I really wanted to enjoy it. Sucks that they have a $10 off AFTER I purchased, too! I am probably going to return this one and purchase the cheaper and simpler (non pro/un-detachable) version to test out. Hopefully that one doesn't rip my hair out. :(
