Sturdy and high quality. Packaging was fine for me. Note that while the price appears high compared to the Monoprice web site, it is actually much lower since it includes shipping. Buying from Monoprice directly is only less expensive if one needs more than two of the table tops.

Nice table top that fits the monoprice base. My only complaint is that the material on the underside of the desk is porous and its extremely difficult to attach cabels, a power strip, transformers, etc., to it, even using heavy duty 3m tape. My solution was to to screw a thin piece of plastic to the underside of the table top and secure the cabels, power strip, etc to it and that worked. Would recommend this product.

I bought Monoprice height adjustable frame to use with this (buying desktop rom amazong was actually ccheaper, bc shipping from monoprice was so expensive). When I was assembling the whole desk though, i realized that the predrilled holes were set too far apart for the height adjustable motor "sync" bar to lock on to both legs. I just shortened the legs and forced my screw in about" away (shorter) instead. Other than that, all good.

Definitely over priced compared to what’s listed on monoprices website. That being said it’s super sturdy and well maid. I have it mounted on a electric stand with a 49in monitor (on a monitor arm) and it’s plenty specious even with that large of a monitor.

Great top...solid, heavy. My only complaint is the packaging. Styrofoam corners are not enough for repeated drops. Need to pay the extra $0.25 and put foam at the edges. Mine arrived damaged, but not bad enough to return. Overall very happy.

Table top is strong and I am using this for the adjustable height table stand .
