How much do I like these bowls? I bought the company. No! Not really. But I did buy the rest of the set, smaller bowls and two sizes of plates. These are replacing my daily dinnerware that I have been using for many years. The remainder of the set is arriving tomorrow, so tonight I'll be boxing up the old stuff to make room in the cabinet. While I certainly understand that it is a matter of preference, I really like the look and feel of these bowls. They are heavy, but not too heavy, and very solid. I took very hot soup, straight off the stove, filled the bowl, and carried it to my dining table in the family room. I could hardly feel a thing. With my old set, I had to use oven mitts to carry the bowl to the table. I think I saw some other reviews commenting about the rough surface on the bottom of this dinnerware. I have not run into that with these bowls, but will be checking the other pieces when they arrive tomorrow. If necessary, I'll just use a placemat.Based on my experience to date, I would definitely recommend this dinnerware product. But, again, it's all a matter of preference.

All the pieces came without a scratch. So elegant and beautiful. I put it in the dishwasher and there were safe and clean ❤️Size as I expected. Also, the package was carefully wrapped so all the pieces came intact

Has some blemishes where paint is missing, and so far, the first few uses at least, it dries kind of funny (like it has oil on it or something). Otherwise a nice set.

they are very durable handle well in the microwave and the dishwasher

This dining set looks great, cleans well with no water stains, washes perfectly in the dishwasher and I'm very impressed with it! I liked the set I received for review so much that I bought a 2nd set so I could completely change out our old dishes and make this our dinnerware set going forward. They arrived carefully packaged, and as pictured/described. The grey is a very neutral grey and looks good. The bowls are a good size (not too big or too small), the snack plates are actually a great size for lunch and smaller meals, and the dinner plates are large and have plenty of room for the protein and all the sides...plus a lil extra lol Overall, this is a great set and worth every penny!

I love the color, very chip resistant,they are a wonderful quality,they function just as intended, and are a nice hearty weight.

Been putting these through the paces and they are nice.Pros:*let me just say that these come as well packaged as I've ever seen any dinner or glassware. They came in a large outer mailing box. Once that's opened, there's an inner large box. Within that box are two boxes (one with the dinner and salad/dessert plates and one with the bowls). The two innermost boxes are in there very tight, so it was a bit of a struggle to get them out to open and view the contents, but once done, the very innermost packaging is impressive. The dinner and salad/dessert plates of each color are in their own slots with the salad/dessert plate nestled inside the dinner plate, cardboard and foam separating them within. The bowls in their separate box altogether are also nicely separated to prevent scratching and breakage in transit;*the price is reasonable for a four-person place setting;*able to use the full width due to the design vs. same size regular plates that have 2-3" of slightly raised rims. For ex., I can use the full 9.5" of dinner plate space vs. only 7" of space in my same size plates in the cupboard;*dishwasher and microwave safe. We used them in both several times so far with no issues (no cracks, scratches, etc.);*the dinner and salad/dessert plates stack nicely in the cupboard;*they come in four colors, which you can buy as a multi-pack or all one color. In order of preference, we like the white, sage, khaki (tan), & haze gray (more of a slate blue to us);*the tall lip around the edge is a really nice feature. It keeps whatever's on the plate--on the plate!Cons:*the finish is shiny, not matte like shown in the ad photos. For stoneware, we prefer a matte finish, though if you like shiny, these are great! For us, it was a disappointment;*the non-slip bottom 'feature' is just the ring on the bottom that has no glaze. In my opinion, they could scratch your table or countertop if you don't use a placemat or trivet of some kind;*though they are advertised as dishwasher and microwave safe, that info is not printed on the bottom and there is no paperwork that comes with them (at all) to indicate what's safe for them;*the bowls do not stack nicely within each other like the plates do;*the non-slip 'ring' underneath shows through on the surface of each piece, so they are not visually smooth as shown in the ad photos. They are actually smooth, but not visually smooth (photo attached). Again, if that doesn't bother you, these are great! I was looking for a clean, smooth, matte finish like I see in the ad photos.All in all, we are enjoying them & recommend them. For larger portions, it's really nice not to have to use an actual larger plate, since these hold your food edge to edge for lots of space. They fit nicely on our placemats, so you can put more food on one plate and not have to use a larger plate or larger placemat to achieve the same goal.
