Worthless product. right out the box it has an sd card error. go through the process to reformat card and it fails. out of the box did i say that already. the have one method of contacting support and its an outlook email. This is unacceptable. i cant leave a lower rating than 1 star. in this day and age this device should have been ready out the box sd card isnt new. very disappointed. then lets talk about the size of the camera. thing is almost the same size as a pack of cigarettes hanging from my shirt or belt. what a joke. i ordered this product due to the death threats i get from the homeless who tresspass on my property and here i am cant even use it when i need it. dont buy this product its a scam. i expect more from the most expensive body warn camera in the list.

First off for those that have complained about the small print of the manual, manualslib.com has the manual in easily readable PDF format. Now to my review. So far I am satisfied with the purchase. I am quite glad that most of the functions have dedicated buttons instead of complex screen instructions. That is much more convenient. Once I went thru the manual the camera was simple to operate; however, it took me a while to figure out how retrieve content with my laptop. The laptop gave audible acknowledgement of the connection but it took me a bit to realize that the camera appears as a portable storage device to the computer. I was a little disappointed that it doesn't live stream to the computer. But, tbh, that wasn't why I bought it. Another complaint I have is that there is no webpage for the manufacturer only an email account. One small thing that intrigues me about the camera is the set of gold plated contacts on the back and bottom of it so I sent an email asking what gives with that. Well I got a reply from customer service concerning the gold contacts and they said they were just decorative which I took to mean they don't know what they are for. The recorded files can be converted to MP4 format and will then play normally including the sound. The attached file was edited using the Real Player file realconverter app. I decided to repurpose the camera as a cheap dash cam. Amazing what can be done with some velcro. Works fairly well attached to the sun shade but tends to jiggle a bit. The velcro strip allows me to easily remove the camera when I am parked outside a store. Out of sight out of mind. And the mod doesn't permanently alter the camera.

Seems to be a good body camera haven’t had the chance to really get to use it but picture quality is good. Will update when get more time with it
