Easy setup but not that loud

Pretty straightforward, but not as loud as I expexted. Purchased this for my mom and her hearing is not that great. Kind of defeats its purpose. I will give it few more days and probably spend litttle more on something better. Would be nice to be able to ring the phone as well like the other brands but doesn't. I wish it could go both ways. I guess for the price I shouldn't expect too much.
