Hard to use ...
I opened the package after few days, but found these two brackets very difficult to open, separate and operate. the nut/bolt and the angle is hard to loosen and use.

Totally worth it !
The product is sturdy and of good quality. Even the thread provided is of good quality. Since it can be tilted up and down easily, it can save space when we are not drying clothes as shown in the image. It weighs decently heavy, more than enough to hold on to lot of clothes. The material is powder coated for longevity. Overall great product and easy to fix.
