Good quality
This is the only supplement I’ve bought on Amazon that actually works for me. A good quality Vitamin D that I felt better as soon as the next day. I was extremely deficient and this dod the trick

Feel Healthier!!
I never get sick anymore! I always got sick every month because I work with kids, but ever since taking these, at most I get that feeling like I'm about to get more sick the next day, and then nothing progresses! It stays in a weird low grade ill at most, but no symptoms! Love these!

Worth it!
I have felt a huge difference since taking these. More energy, better mood, and overall just feel good. Apparently I have been deficient in these vitamins for a while, and the grocery store brought brands I was taking before were not being absorbed. So thank you for such a great product!

Perfect Dosage
You should always take k2 when taking d3 to avoid arterial calcium buildup, this low dose works great for me, higher doses of k2 were causing me to have PAC’s, this dosage does not.
