This product is fantastic! I was recommended it by a friend with similar thyroid and hormonal issues. I've noticed an increase in energy, and stamina. I also feel like it's helped me regulate body temperature, helps me process food better, and regulate my sleeping patterns. I'm particularly sensitive to any kind of stimulants but I typically take two per day; 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch and do not feel jittery like caffeine makes me feel. I would highly recommend this product and will continue to take it going forward. The seller was professional and quick on shipping!

My doctor recommended this this product. At 48 I was feeling tired, having a hard time maintaining my weight, etc. Typical pre menopausal symptoms. I followed her blindly, never even looked up the product. Anyway, after a VERY busy 3 weeks I completely forgot I was taking them and told my husband I was feeling so much better mentally and physically. I even lost 3 pounds without even thinking about it. Caution! I ordered Gaia Adrenal Support Professional Solutions as was pictured here in the Amazon ad but instead received Gaia Adrenal Health. I had been getting Gaia Adrenal Support from my Naturopath but the Amazon price was better. However, when I received my order it was Adrenal Health. While the mgs. for the Siberian Rhodiola is the same at 120 mg, the mgs. for the Holy Basil leaf is 90 mg in the "Health" vs. 50 in "Support." The mgs. in Proprietary Extract Blend in the "Health" is 520 vs 350 in the "Support" with the ingredients being listed in reverse order. Basically, I am getting the same ingredients, just in different dosages. Not sure what difference it will make. I will keep the product as the Adrenal Support did wonders for me but I'm disappointed that I didn't get exactly what I thought I was getting. I noticed someone else had a similar comment.

I was dealing with chronic Epstein Barr and cortisol issues for many years. I was constantly tired and fatigued. I started taking two of these in the morning and two in the evening along with some antivirals. I was able to kill off the Epstein Barr virus and lower my cortisol levels with the combination of those things. I had so much more energy and didn't have the crushing fatigue anymore. I went off these for a while after I was feeling better, but recently went back on since I was struggling with tiredness again. I do have a 14 month old and that is a big contributor to being sleepy but it still isn't the crushing fatigue that I had before. After a few days of taking these again, I had more energy and was feeling great. These are wonderful. My naturopath also said that these can help with the baby blues after giving birth.
