ROAM by 42 Pressed New York Soy Wax Candle

I never write reviews about anything but I’m literally terrified they will stop making this one day. It is the only candle I’ve bought for years and years (I've gone through least 25) and plan to keep buying it for many to come - the smell is amazing and relaxing and now it just reminds me of home.

Not what I expected. I've been buying the Roam "New York" candle for several years now. I first found this wonderful candle at my local West Elm store. When they stopped carrying it, I began to order it through Amazon. I just purchased another one and the packaging along with the smell is completely different - so why not just call this what it is - something different (i.e. give it a new city name!). 42 Pressed, please please bring back the original New York scent!!Also, if you liked the original smell you're not going to love this new scent.

I just recieved my candle, however, the scent is not the same as I remember. I bought a candle by Pressed 42 last year at a small boutique while on vacation in the Black Hills and I remember it having a very warm, musky scent. The candle I'd bought also said New York on it, although, I don't recall it saying "The Big Apple". Are there two different New York candles?

This candle is my fave candle ever. It was given as a gift and I’ve bought 4 since then. So incredibly grounding and part of my daily ritual. It is THE best imho.

Love this candle. Have been using the "New York" for several years and enjoy it every time.
