Beautiful look but circulation is weaker than promised.
I have had my tank for about 6 months now. I bought it because of the great look. It doesn’t look like a traditional tank and my wife loves it. Setup was easy but I don’t think the filtration works as well as it should. Nitrates keep building up even though I have been religiously following the cleaning programme and even cleaned and replaced the filter more often than once a month. I am adding additional bacteria in to manage the nitrates now. I have one medium fish in the tank and I don’t over feed it. I think the smaller tanks might work better. I also removed some of the objects I originally put in to ensure good circulation. Otherwise I am very happy with the tank.
