Great system, love the remote, worth the money.
Great speakers, compact and convenient. Finally able to get rid of that giant bass speaker from my old system. It's loud enough for my bedroom, and remote works well as long as there isn't clutter around the speakers to block the signal.I listen to a lot of mp3s and they all have different volume levels. If I'm kicked back across the room and it blasts out or I can't hear it, I don't have to get up and walk over there all the time to adjust the sound.Good, solid speakers, clean wiring, well-built. I would recommend these to others.

JUNK!
This product made it about a week, now it will not turn on.*Update*I'm able to get it to turn on, but only by first pulling the power cord and plugging it back in. I have to do this everyday :(Also, it won't maintain a steady connection with my computer. After a half hour of use, the sound goes in and out before the speaker just drops the Bluetooth connection all together.** Update **Now I cannot connect this device to my windows 10 machine at all. Avoid this product at all cost!

Poor connectivity
The Bluetooth range is poor, when the connection is good the sound is great but if you walk more than 5-10 feet away the signal is lost and so is the sound.

It's okay, this is actually the 3rd one I've purchased. (1) home and (2) work place desktops. This most recent one tends to "shut off" or it's hard to turn on most times. It's maddening sometimes to get them to power up!

Solid sound
really cranks for a pc based sound system. I uses this with my projector too and it gives off nearly as good sound as my much more expensive and larger sound bar at a fraction of the price.

Nice speakers, terrible instructions
I received these speakers through the Vine program and am not sure if the packaging is the same for the type they sell. The instructions in the package I received were terrible! The quick start guide was pretty much just a diagram which is fine for where the cables plug in but were just worthless when it came to how to use the speakers especially when it came to the "pairing" process. The main thing that isn't clear is to turn the power on then you need to hold the Bluetooth button down for 2 seconds to put it into pairing mode. Its obvious when its ready to pair, there is a sound then the blue light on the Bluetooth button starts to blink. The first thing I connected to was my cell phone and then I admit I couldn't figure out how to get the volume up so I thought they weren't working. I kept turning the bass adjustment thinking it was the volume and I had to look again at what actually did control the volume. I have no idea why the instructions were that useless but it looked like they wanted the same instructions in a lot of different languages and it was just easier to make a diagram and hope it would work universally. However, if you search for ac411 manual you can find a much more helpful version on the Dell website. Now that the bad is out of the way I can get to the good. The good starts with the bluetooth connectivity. I easily (after I figured out the instructions) connected the speakers to my Samsung GS4 phone, Acer tablet, laptop, desktop and a old apple iPod touch. That was everything I had available in my room at the time. A couple of things took 2 or 3 attempts to pair but they all did eventually. These use Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity but they worked just fine with these old BT 2.0 USB adapters I have ASUS USB-BT21 - USB Bluetooth 2.0 Adapter - EDR (3Mbps).Sound wise, well I would think of these as the 30 dollar 2.1 speakers with the rest of the cost being made up in the wireless connectivity. I'm not the most picky sound quality person but I'm happy with how they sound especially considering they are wireless. They aren't the loudest and the bass wont blow you away but if you want great performance them spend much more and get better. I have a pair of $50 Creative speakers on my PC right now, wired ones, and I defiantly would of spent the extra to keep from adding to the mess of wires I all ready have behind my desk!I plan to use these primarily in my home gym listening to streaming music through my phone or laptop so being free of the wires is perfect. The range is good enough for most uses, you aren't going to use it from across the house though.I've read some of the other reviews and while I agree that the instructions are poor I disagree with the ones that say they don't work at all. I've reviewed another portable Bluetooth speaker and that too initially had a lot of reviews saying it wouldn't connect but after enough reviews were posted telling people how to make it connect those complaints seemed to stop and I'm guessing that pattern will play out here.I'm going to give these 4 stars. They do work great but unless the directions they include improve they are making these needlessly hard to setup. If you do get the worthless instructions either read reviews or goto the Dell site and get their review, or just post a question and someone can explain the setup to you .
