This was the first DVD I bought from Gilad's latest workouts. it's good but I deducted a star because of the indoor set. Glad to see Gilad is creating more workouts on DVD since streaming is so popular now. Buying the whole set to give the gift of fitness to a friend! Thanks Gilad!

I love everything about this workout. Straightforward exercises with clear instruction from Gilad and a quick break between exercises to shake things out. I loved the length of the workout, too - around 40 minutes.
