Bought used but it still has the factory oil coating on it. I will definitely keep my eye out for used/returned items like this. Saved me about $5. Tool works great too!

The tool choice is great for me! It’s definitely different than other multi tools. Almost a luxury.My only complaints are it not having a chain clip to hold the chain when you’re working on it and it be black oxide instead of stainless.

Well made, has a lot of functions. It is a little big and heavy. I should have done more research prior to purchasing. Nonetheless, if size and weight doesn't concern you, probably a good tool to have.

I’m happy with the tool but more so wanted to say that Blackburn has the best customer service ever! They always address any issues I have and are extremely helpful.

This thing weighs a metric ton, the bolts holding it together loosen so the tools flop around all over the place, it rusts prodigiously, some of the hex keys have 90-deg. bends making simple tasks complex and frustrating, etc., etc. Pretty much the ONLY reason to buy this is if you absolutely, positively have to have a quick link tool with you. Considering the likelihood you'll ever use that out on the trail, you're way, WAY better off getting just about anything else. Terrible, terrible tool. The second star is only because it's the only show in town with the quick link tool, otherwise a solid 1 star.

Compré esta herramienta exclusivamente por la función del Quicklink ya que no la he encontrado en otra multi-tool. Justo al siguiente día tuve que ocuparla para retirar la cadena de una bici de un compañero cuyo desviador fué destruído. La herramienta tiene buena construcción y calidad. El Quicklink remover funciona como es esperado así que buena compra.

This tool is great. It has everything you need for quick adjustments/repairs on the go.The quick-link storage is a nice touch.Chainbreaker and the quick link tool both work great.I’ll be ordering another one for my wife’s repair kit.

Very good product though bit expensive but really good toolkit for my bicycle.

L'unico che ho trovato con porta falsa maglia catena (in compenso manca un cacciavite a croce, ma vabbè), ottimo in tutto, anche lo smaglia catene, magari avrei preferito una custodia invece dell'elasticone..
