They're Ramen noodles... I'm not really sure what to say... these are my son's favorite flavor of Ramen and aren't always easy to find in store... I was a bit skeptical at first of ordering here and was worried that they may be 'stale' or lower quality, but I was very pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong! Same quality- exact same product honestly, as what I'd been purchasing in store, with the added convenience of bulk home delivery at a similar price to what I would have paid at the store! WIN!!
