My beer brews always came under expected ABV… until I bought this combo of mangrove jacks thermostat and a heat pad. Works perfectly and the ABV is now higher than expected.Just note that if you use the pad without a temperature regulator you’ll risk overheating and killing the yeast. Money well spent - love it!!!
