I’ve tried a few different hydration powders, and this Liquid I.V. Sugar-Free Grape flavor is easily one of my favorites. The taste is really good—not overly sweet, and the grape flavor is smooth and refreshing without that artificial aftertaste a lot of these drinks have. What I like most is that it’s sugar-free but still feels effective. I’ve been using it after workouts and on days when I just need a hydration boost, and I can definitely tell the difference. I feel more energized and less sluggish compared to just drinking plain water. It mixes well and doesn’t leave any weird residue or clumps, which is a big plus. Also easy to take on the go. I can be pretty iffy about sugar-free items because the artificial sugar can be harmful to kidneys. However, I have not had any issues with this and it doesn't leave a weird aftertaste to me. Reading reviews made me nervous, but our bag had no issues like others have claimed. They do taste like purple grape flavoring, but I like that. I appreciate the sugar free option as sugar is the first ingredient for the other flavors. I do not get any aftertaste of the sweetener used.
