Can you crush the pills?

Himalaya Organic Neem comes in a caplet (tablet), yes, you can certainly crush it and take it that way if you wish. In a unique process, Himalaya caplets are held together by the sticky part of the plant itself, and not artificial tableting glues, so they are relatively easy to crush or powder between two spoons. Some herbs taste stronger than others however, so you may want to take it mixed into a spoonful of applesauce or yogurt.
