It changed the way I train and rest.
It’s more than just a step counter. What I like best is the sleep and recovery analysis; it uses data to tell you if you’re truly ready to go all out or if you need to dial it back. The band is comfortable—you don't even notice it while sleeping. The app presents a lot of information at first, but you get the hang of it within 3–4 days. If you train regularly and want to understand your body, I 100% recommend it. 5/5.

Health and fitness
I bought this a little less than a year ago. It’s extremely insightful gives you a ton of data and logs. It tracks all your fitness, calories, steps, and heart health and much more. I teuly love it. The battery live is exceptional, the app works great as well. You can also add a ton of activities like dog walking, cleaning, gardening, and a various amount of activities and chores. I would highly recommend this product for anyone wanting fitness or gaining more activity. This def motivates me to walk more and work out. Pros: give you a lot of data on stress, strain, activity, and even gives you insights. Cons: sometimes it does lag in catching up data. Also the straps aren’t the most easiest at first, but does getting a little used to.

Great health tracker
I’ve really been impressed with my WHOOP. It gives me a much better understanding of my sleep, recovery, strain, and overall activity throughout the day. I especially like being able to see how my habits affect my recovery and energy levels. The app is easy to use, and the information is presented in a way that actually helps me make better choices. It’s become something I check every day, and I love having the data to help me stay on track with my fitness and wellness goals.

MAJOR DESIGN FLAW DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY THIS!!! Purchased and came very quickly like next day but the UBar clasp design is so poor it broke when I tried to switch wrists after about a day wearing the decice, when I put it back on the UBar that secured the device was bent so that it wouldn't secure properly to my wrist. The entire wearable is held onto your wrist with a UBar attachment that is secured on either side by 2 millimeter (no exaggerating) size holes. These will inevitably fail and after wearing for a total of about 29 hours and simply attempting to switch once it's a major design flaw. It was difficult to figure out how to secure to the wrist and charge from the beginning and while relatively comfortable to wear, wasn't giving the readings I would want without an upgrade. The customer support is essentially an AI that responds via email and then eventually redirects you back to Amazon. Also this is membership based that auto renews annually and is several hundred dollars. I was willing to give a try and see if it was worth the renewal since the 1st year was included with the device and I felt like I could simply change to another wearable if I didn't feel it was worth it. I finally got a real person to respond who redirected me back to Amazon for refund because they couldn't provide any alternative to the band flaw. Super disappointing I was excited to try this and bought for myself for my birthday and will have to do more research on what actually works for wearables because this is NOT a good product

Not as Expected
Based on the most recent reviews in Sept and Aug, this device is a POS!!! Thus far, i haven’t had any of the issues everyone has mentioned. Band is easy to change by unhooking the hinge section instead of ripping off the side brackets. Wrist band is growing on me. Tried bicep band but didn’t like it much when moving/using arms. I also don’t see the problem with the software….lots of menus and submenus….but, so what!? Fairly intuitive plus, there is a TON of information. Data gathering is slow and requires at least 1 night before you get any metrics. Setup was ridiculously easy…. Showered after sweating like crazy….device and wrist band are very quick to rinse off soap and dry. Hopefully it dies in less than 30 days and I can change my rating. 9/22/26-Has not broken yet…..bicep band is not what I want. Wrist band….cloth/nylon/whatever the material is….not bad but hard to adjust length and wrist band tail does not stay down. Bought a magnet band….will update in a few days Software is easy to use and home screen is intuitive 9/25/26- Magnet band is a lot easier to adjust length and stay at that length. Sensation on wrist is different given the constant feel of the stainless steel. Device is still doing well!! Measures all sorts of things…. I am tracking my sleep efficiency, breathing rate, heart rate variability, and overnight heart rate. Manner others exist but, that’s my focus for now. The AI within the software is fairly comical and relaxed. Its syntax is representative of an informed and encouraging coach. Discipline and accountability are catered to your liking. Very easy to use!! 10/01/2026: -Looks like I am the anomaly out of the users!!! Device still hasn’t imploded or broken. The metal stainless band I bought was a great purchase for heavy duty usage. I recently out the device through its paces working outside non-stop for 8hrs; sweating profusely; dust and dirt everywhere; middle of the day heat; cement dust; and, rubbing against leather work gloves…..well, unfortunately, it worked flawlessly!!! -A comment about the subscription: you get 1 year included in the device price. The competitors force a subscription in addition to the device cost. This Whoop 5.0 was the cheapest buy-in, especially for the metrics analyzed. -The cloth and silicone band is good but I haven’t used it in harsh environments like the stainless steel band. -Charging is a PITA…..that clunky block has to be slid over the top of the device and then it charges wirelessly. The block doesn’t fully charge the device, 30-40% at a time…before the block runs out of charge. You could choose to remove device from wrist and keep block attached and then, leave plugged-in until a full charge. That’s what I did the first time. I incorporate the block charging into my commute. Remove the block afterwards and back to normal. The block adds some weight to your wrist. -The AI is funny and makes all sorts of suggestions and asks the user lots of questions. It’s a shame sooooooo many people are having negative experiences!!! I am getting used to the metrics and the monitoring it allows and the device is actually holding up well despite my rough uses. I will keep updating…

Good, but not perfect
I’ve been wearing the WHOOP for about 8 months. It’s provided some great insights on sleep and helped me reign in bad habits… you can really see the detrimental impact of alcohol across nearly all metrics, for example, and the effects last days. The AI still needs some work but it’s getting better. My big hang up is strain tracking when lifting weights. Very little strain logged even when I push myself to the limits unless using the built in “strength trainer.” I used strength trainer for a few months, but it is very clunky to use and is very cumbersome if you prefer using another app to track workouts. Functionality would be greatly improved if the app would synch with some of the more popular apps instead of having to build individual routines in the WHOOP app, which has a limited exercise library. They added the capability to add your bloodwork results, which is nice, or you can use their service to run tests on all the usual health indicators as well as those recommended by longevity gurus like Peter Attia. All in all, it does what it promises. The battery life is as advertised and I’ve been able to swim and shower with it on with no issues. If they fix the issues with correctly logging weight training I’d be a much happier customer.

👌🏻👌🏻Whoop 5.0 peak

Incredible data access but worth it?
Won't lie when I ordered the Whoop I was sceptical because of some previous reviews I read that they ordered peak subscription but got the One. When I connected my whoop peak I got peak subscription. The looks feel premium in hand and built of the band is great too. It's easy to forget about the strap because of its low profile. The app is incredible and gives you incredible insights (it learns about your body for the first 21 days to give you accurate insights). Let me be very clear this is not an activity wearable, it is focused on recovery and sleep with accurate heart datas. Battery lasts for more than 12-13 days which is wonderful. Connectivity with app is smooth in Android. Now lastly for the subscription model I hate that part to be honest. I really hope someday some company brings all this feature in a 0 subscription model because that would be wonderful. But for now unfortunately no other product gives us this much insights of my body. So there's a huge market gap in that segment. I know that Zepp are trying to do it with their Helio strap but unfortunately they lack inventory management. So love it or hate it this is the only option right now.

👍
I wasn’t sure if mouth tape would make a difference, but this product exceeded my expectations. It’s breathable, gentle on sensitive skin, and very easy to use. I sleep more peacefully, and my partner says my snoring has reduced significantly. Excellent value for the price.
