My purchase of the eAhora 2026 Romeo Pro 3 6000W 52Mph High-Torque Ebike was the most money I have ever spent on Amazon and I have been a customer since the 1990s. The ebike looks terrific and is a head turner. The ebike is very solid and seems to be good quality. It is big and very heavy. You must be 5'8" or taller and be strong to handle it safely. Step-over height is significant so you need to be flexible enough to lift your foot waist high while your other leg is strong enough to manage the nearly 200 pound bike. The power is impressive in all-wheel drive mode. In fact, the ebike is so powerful that I don't recommend it for novices unless you are very strong and very careful. Start at level 1 until you get used to the cadence sensor and the trottle. If you set the bike to level 5 and start peddling, it will take off like a rocket and can throw you off if you are not ready for it. The throttle is much more managable and you can feather it even at level 5 for a smooth and safe start. I encountered a few issues with the ebike and eAhora support was responsive and professional through the Amazon support channel although language barriers soemtimes made Amazon chat conversations lengthy. I had a problem with the left/front brake and eAhora quickly sent me the entire brake assembly and providing a video showing how to change the assembly. The ebike has a practical range of about 100 miles using only the throttle in dual-motor mode on the hilly country roads here in the Ouachita Mountains. My top speed has been about 49 mph, but I only tried twice and very briefly to hit max speed just to see what the ebike can do. I usually ride between 20-30 mph. I love this ebike because it gives me freedom to explore roads that can damage most automobiles and even light pickups. The all wheel drive makes a lot of difference when you need traction or when you need to accelerate quickly. All ebikes need to be all wheel drive for safety considerations. However, this is not a mountain bike, but more like an adventure motorcycle. I guess it's in the small "adventure ebike" category and it's probably close to the top. Again, the eAhora 2026 Romeo Pro 3 is a big, heavy, powerful, fast, long range ebike and you must be strong and careful with it. It's probably not the best, safest option for novices, but if you take your time to carefully break it in and the eAhora 2026 Romeo Pro 3 can be a lot of fun and can take you places few other ebikes can achieve.

Would be a five star review if the bike did not come with some issues. The bike offers a great ride, and looks amazing. The battery on this thing never quits, as I easily get 140+ miles on every charge, going 25-30mph. The bike did come with a faulty front controller, that I needed to get replaced twice, as the second one died after one ride. The front fork also needed to be replaced after 500miles, due to something unexplained, and tech support could not figure out. The customer service for the replacement parts takes a bit of time, as it comes from mainland China, but as long as you show proof of issue, Eahora sends you a new part at no cost. I dealt with Silas, and he was great the whole time. Would highly recommend the Romeo pro 3, but just be advised that they sometimes come with issues, but Eahora will make sure it gets fixed

Love this bike. I Use it for daily for work. Recently made 2k miles in 2 months. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the support you've provided. When I shared how I rely on my Romeo Ultra II for my daily commute and work, I never expected the level of assistance I would receive. Unfortunately, after being involved in an accident a couple of weeks ago, it left both my bike and me in quite a state. Your concern for my health and recovery truly touched me, and I can't thank you enough for that. I also appreciate your help in getting the new parts to replace the damaged components of my bike. I’m hopeful that once they arrive, everything will go smoothly. I'm very happy with the after-sale support from eahora when I need help Alisa was responsive professional and genuinely helpful she took time to explain things clearly followed up and made sure my issue was handled instead of rushing me off. The bike itself is powerful and well built but what really stood out with the customer service after the purchase having a knowledgeable service rep like Alisa makes a big difference and gives confidence that Eahora stands behind their products overall great experience and excellent support i would definitely recommend you Eahora to others

Would not recommend buying, Eahora does not stand behind their product. They make excuses for issues and want you to cover shipping. Thank god for Amazon being a stand up company. Eahora sucks! You may get lucky and not have issues but, If you want a paper weight because you do have issues it’s a great product. Thank god Amazon saved me!

This ebike seems really nice. I've only been able to ride it a short time. The battery had a malfunction but Alisa has been extremely helpful in the replacement battery. I'm anxiously waiting for it to arrive. I will add a short video once I'm able to ride the bike
