Does this product come in glass or plastic containers?

Very thick green plastic so the oil protects from light. I read about it and glass is not always good for olive oil and the green color helps a lot to keep the oil fresh and it is a very solid container It is also safer at transportation and in the kitchen... not sure I would like to have glass container deliver

Yes, they are made of BPA-free polyethylene.

does this product require refrigeration?

No it doesn't. At least I've never refrigerated mine.
