Update: Lock works fine. I misunderstood the reset button at first. No issue with the TSA lock
Love love the color. The suitcase performs well overall. One note for buyers: the built‑in lock functions as a closure indicator rather than a full zipper‑securing mechanism. If you prefer the zipper pulls to be held in place, using your own TSA‑approved padlock is a simple option. Otherwise, the case works as expected.

Unless you need super big, get the midsize
I bought the large and the carry on. The large suitcase is very big and is awkward to open without contents falling out even though I use packing bags for most items. The large also has a zipper locking mechanism yet there are only 2 zippers, one to expand the size and one to open it and neither lines up to the lock. Weird. I like the carry-on, no issues. The spinner wheels on both roll along effortlessly, very smooth and totally quiet.
