I bought this for my husband to help with blood metabolism of fats and sugars. While it seems a little pricey for the count on the pills, the mcg count is pretty high. This, combined with chromium, is supposed to help the levels of fats in the bloodstream. It is too soon to know if it is working on the metabolism part, but I was so impressed with the pill size that I had to mention it! I have a very hard time swallowing pills, so I wanted to share the news! I've loaded a photo for folks to see. These are very small gel caps that are easy for almost anyone to take! I'm really pleased with the size vs strength. I'd definitely recommend this if for nothing else, the size of the pill!

I have issues swallowing pills, so I always try to buy either liquid supplements or the tiniest pills I can find (which are usually not tiny enough). These pills are oval and about the size of half a tick-tack. I have no problem taking these. After about a week of taking 2 pills/day, I noticed I was losing about half as much hair in the shower. I also noticed my nails were growing faster. Unfortunately, my leg hair started growing faster as well. My leg waxes last about a week less than they usually do after taking these. Taking these consistently also keeps my energy levels up throughout the day, even when I forget my multivitamins. I recommend these, especially if you prefer smaller pills.
