Baja Precious - Avocado Oil, 1 Gallon

Loving it so far! I have used it in a glass oil spray bottle with the spray or pour function.I have made 4 omelettes with it so far and 3 were great!The first one my egg stuck and I was so disappointed but gave it a shot and pretty sure I used more oil sprayed in my pan for the other 3 omelettes and they have not stuck at all and WOW was a different positive flavor it gives to my eggs vs EVO that I was using.Yesterday I made a loaf of bread in my bread machine and used this Avocado Oil in place of my stick butter.Had some of the bread this morning with my omelette and the bread turned out great! Great flavor still.( I had seen a YouTuber on Acre Homestead make a versatile recipe for a “one dough challenge” on trying the same bread recipe to make so many different bread items, she used Avocado Oil in her recipe and mentioned something about it being a nutral flavored oil ) so I knew I needed an affordable Avocado oil option and my goodness this is it!!I also think it made my bread turn out a little moist compared to using butterSo happy with itThe jug arrived in perfect conditionI like how the company has and extra thing around the lid for safety in transit.Was easy to open the jugI don’t know what this oil smells like compared to other brands but it’s seems great to meOH! SMOKE POINTNO ISSUES FOR ME!I hear my pan hot for my omelettes then turn the heat down to medium heat so the oil hits the pan at a high tempNo smoke issues for me at all while cooking with thisJust buy it! It’s great and so worth it! I will buy again as long as they always keep the price affordable

Excellent product for the price.

Great for everyday cooking. Way better than olive oil and doesn’t smoke up my kitchen. Pair this gallon jug and my spritzer, this will last for a few months with daily cooking. Way cheaper than the spray bottles at the store!

I bought this to use primarily for my Blackstone grill. Has worked out great. Our food tastes amazing and this also works great to keep the grill surface oiled/seasoned. I use it also after every grill use to coat the entire surface of the grill top and then place my silicon insert. Both work together to completely seal the grill top surface from the weather and thus prevents rusting. Using this product coupled with that silicon insert .. i've never had any instance of rust. Been using this for 6 months. No issues. Love it.

Excellent buy for the price. The quality of this oil is amazing. I will continue to buy this every month. Plus your food taste great especially your fried foods.
