I would not buy again. Taste like wax.
First time buyer. I tossed half of the bag after first batch of desserts. Basically, If you close your eyes you might not be "sure" you're tasting chocolate. Taste more like wax. I used Nestlé dark chocolate chips for my second batch of frozen yogurt desserts dipped in chocolate. Delicious 😋

Pretty good to work with
Took a bit longer to melt and thickened up pretty quickly. I did add melting wax for chocolate and it was much easier to dip pretzels. Molds did firm up pretty good, taste is very good too.

Wonderful for making chocolate covered strawberries!
These chips of chocolate are perfect for making chocolate-covered strawberries! It’s so easy! Just put them in a microwaveable cup, set timer on about 1 minute (for 1/3 of a bag) then stir the soft chocolate to make it like liquid. Then you can roll the strawberries in this mixture and set them on a plate to dry. They come out perfectly! I am thrilled with this product and proud to take my chocolate covered strawberries to a party I’m going to!

Melted chunk of chocolate
The chocolate was delivered completely melted. I was home at the time of delivery so it didn’t sit outside, it was already melted and just a big chunk. It was sweeter than normal dark chocolate. I didn’t like it.
