These are exactly as described. Be careful you order the right pads for your cleaner's model number. It does make a big difference. These are rugged and seem they will last a long time. Great pads for the money

5 stars for carrying a discontinued product!
No complaints. Got exactly what I wanted. This product and my pet steamvac has been discontinued by Bissell, so the price point is higher than when it was available. Still worth extra money to be able to use my steam vac that’s in working condition. Thanks for carrying this product!

CANT JUDGE THE PADS WHEN THE VACUUM DOESN'T PERFORM!
More for the vacuum than the pads. Just not my favorite appliance. Claims to vacuum and steam clean. Barely vacuums, especially pet hair which is actually in the name of the product. Wasted money.
