First I would like to say I'm so happy to leave this review. I became disabled due to a Hit & Run which caused me to have mobility problems and I was in search of a way to be free and not depend on other people to get me from here to there so I'm glad I found Eldryvon 4-wheel mobility scooter let's start with the battery it lasts a long time it gets me 2 to 3 trips to the grocery store and back home with no problems on a full charge with groceries in both baskets, The Headlight is so bright when it gets dark I can see everything in front of me so riding is safe, It has a USB port which I use it to charge my phone while riding or sometimes I keep my speaker connected so I can listen to music while I ride so anything that needs a USB port, When it got delivered it was so easy to assemble, The seat is comfortable when riding long periods of time and it's adjustable and so is the steering column I like that, another thing I love about it that you can fold it to fit in a vehicle to transport, so like I said you will enjoy your freedom back to get to places without a hassle and The most important thing is Eldryvon After Service you are there whenever I have questions you have answers so that's why I'm giving you a 5-Star Review this is a great mobility scooter for anyone and I tell you what your gonna love this scooter too so I give it a 10 thumbs up

Love my scooter. It arrived on time. I did have a little problem but this company has great customer service. They fix it and I was so happy they did. I'm having hip surgery on 7/8/26 so I got the scooter first. This scooter can go and has a dial for the speed. Over all I am very satisfied with this scooter. It's very easy to assemble. Easy to use, Easy to assemble, Size is just right. Gets you where you need to go.. Not too heavy.

This is a very nice scooter. I do wish the front wheels would turn more. Overall I do recommend this one.

Once I was made aware of Eldryvon's email address, I sent my troubleshooting video to verify the malfunction. The video was sent & viewed, and it was immediately determined that I was experiencing a wire issue. Eldryvon did not hesitate to advise me that a replacement electric scooter was en route. Thank you, Eldryvon!!!!!!!!

We bought this for my brother-in-law and he loves this scooter. It allows him freedom to get out independently and it is very reliable. There were some issues with the battery, but we called the company and their customer service is AMAZING!! The sent him not one but TWO brand new battery packs and were very quick to resolve the issues he was having!! We would definitely recommend this product!!!

After 5 months of use, not a single problem. VERY happy with this scooter. 2 people needed to get it out of the box, but assembly is easily done by one person. Just follow crystal clear directions.

Best product i ever purchased, My dog and i go for a ride everydy weather permitting. Also best customer service.
