These taste great. They are actually filling and give you energy, unlike many protein bars. I eat for breakfast. A bit high in sugar. But I accept that for the convenience

There’s are perfect when I spend a long day out hiking, biking, or Pickleball. They travel well and are one of my preferred flavors .

These are good quality and filling. They taste good for a protein bar. They're a little on the small side and they have quite a bit of sugar. Check the ingredients as it's not a health bar. The consistency is kind of gooey i.e. not crunchy.
