I didn’t realize how bad my feet really were. I mean I knew my toes sat a little bit squished together, but I had no idea how much it was affecting my mobility, dexterity, and balance. So these are super comfortable to wear. They aren’t made particularly hearty, so I anticipate needing to replace them fairly frequently. But it really makes it feel like I’m walking on air. I can’t even explain it. I’m wearing it underneath my socks when I am going for walks and runs, around the house, etc., And wearing it underneath my ballet, tights for jazz in ballet, which I am just doing in my tights without shoes on at the moment. I am so incredibly stable. I had no idea how much my toes not being spread out and fully touching the ground on all corners was actually affecting my ability to make movements as refined as I would like. My feet, after the initial a few hours of feeling confused and sore now feel very relaxed and comfortable. Even while I’m wearing these. Especially while I’m wearing these. Doing my turns, and balances on my toes now is a piece of cake. I can whip off an extra couple without even thinking about it. And for me, that’s huge! I don’t know if these will do anything to permanently correct your feet, though, with constant use new habits can be formed. After the first six or seven hours of constant wear, a side of my path, and my knee were actually pretty sore from being in a slightly new position. But that has now settled, and my feet feel not just fine, but amazing! It’s like I just had a two hour reflexology session, even when I’m in the middle of a run. I don’t know if everyone will have these results, but I am completely gob smacked at what an incredible difference This has made for me. I’m only taking them off to wash them, and when I’m in the shower. Other than that, these are staying on 24 seven.

These are the softest, yet most effective spacers I have used. There have been multiple other brands purchased that are put on at the beginning of the day, with high hopes of being good by keeping the not comfortable separators between my toes. Then, a few hours in, I am screaming and ripping off my shoes, and with much relief, I rip the hard, stupidly shaped devices away from my feet. But not this Bodhi brand! I can and do wear these all day with comfort, and I actually forget they are there. They help distribute and balance the weight to keep a nerve from being pinched, which in turn causes two of my toes to be numb. With these, I am happy! So happy that I wrote a review!
