This part is not the genuine Dell-branded K4971 cartridge shown in the picture, nor did it come in the box pictured.It is 1mm narrower, made of a duller plastic, and possibly reconditioned. The white cloth filter was slightly gray, and the rubber seal near the toner dispenser was out of alignment and poorly made.It spilled toner out when I attempted to install it.If you want a generic K4971, there are cheaper ones available, and if you want genuine Dell parts, other sellers sell them.Worse yet, it dumped most of the toner into the printer, which created a huge mess, and triggered a lot of errors on the drum. I eventually had to take the whole drum apart to fix it.

No issues with install. Would purchase again.

Great and at a low price

As expected.

Piece of junk. Looks like a knockoff. Did not have label shown in picture. Threw it our after spilling black powder on the machine and myself. Never had such a problem with toners ordered from Dell or represented to be genuine Dell parts.

Would give Zero if I could. Used cartridge and written inside box, F.U.

Lesen Sie bitte meine Rezension zu einem kompatiblen Toner, dann wissen Sie warum das Teil 5 Sterne und damit sein Geld wert ist. BTW: ich habe auch mit alternativen Tonern bei anderen Geräten teilweise gute bis sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Leider auch katastrophale und das beim gleichen Hersteller.
