After 7 years with the original drum, I installed the new one in 15 minutes. The printer was restored to as new performance. I run a personal home office and expect this drum will last a few years with my moderate demands. The item arrived well packaged and on time.Update: This Unit lasted 21/2 years under light use. I replaced it today with a new drum kit, but this will be the last if it fails prematurely.

My Dell 2135 CN started printing lighter and I did much research to determine it was the developer drum. The drum works great and solved the problem. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is that I wish it would last longer. I don't have a count on copies before replacement but it lasted about 18 months in our small office. Easy to install and relatively inexpensive.

This is the oem replacement print head for my Dell 1320 cn. I am a happy camper. Amazon delivered fast and the unit came well packaged and with a detailed instruction book. It is so easy to install. Search on "dell 1320c phd unit" and you'll see a link to the Dell site with instructions on how to replace this part.Funny thing, I found this item on Amazon, figured I'd confirm it fit my printer by going to Dell and had a technical chat with someone there. The conclusion, even though the same part could be ordered from Dell, the technical specialist said it wouldn't fit my printer and couldn't provide me a date with the part I needed would be in stock. What? If you look at the Amazon image, you can see it's a Dell box, with my printer printed on the box. So, buy here with confidence that you are paying a great price and getting an original Dell print head. It is easy to install and now my printer is printing deep blacks and colors again and with no squeaks.

Don’t waste your money. I purchased this here while back and it worked well for about six weeks and then started streaking images. And that was with low to average printing. I got desperate two weeks ago and ordered another because I was in a bind and it has printed exactly 1500 pages and is streaking images again. You definitely do not get the 24,000 pages it claims. It’s a waste of money.

My Dell 1320c has been a trusty color laser in our little home office and has been very consistent and reliable for around 6300 pages. We noticed that the laser was no longer printing black at the proper density and after replacing the toner with no affect I decided to order a new drum. The drum arrived packed very well in a double box and drum itself was in a sealed Dell box. The accompanying instruction manual is daunting at almost half an inch thick, but it covers a wide range of printer models and is in several languages.Install time took maybe 10 minutes and there was a longer than usual startup after powering it back on, but now my print quality is better than I remember it being previously, so I've obviously gotten used to some degradation. I look forward to another 6000 pages from this drum and when it comes time I am sure Amazon will come to the rescue.

My Dell 1320c had begun to print faded and wash-out along the left side of my full-color brochure prints. After some research on the problem, I decided to get a new imaging drum. This did solve the printing problem I was having.The part came well-packaged in a Dell box. Everything about this product has met my expectations, and afforded a longer life for my Dell 1320c printer.

Received DOA twice. Purchased directly from DELL, works good.

Printer was making noises and printing streaks. Wasn't sure if drum was the issue but took a chance anyways. Now printer is printing like it's brand new. Super fast shipping! Amazon was actually cheaper than dell was for this drum. Great job amazon!
