Shrimp definitely go with this curry. I worked in a Japanese cafe. Seafood curry was very popular. Also hamburg curry which had a hamburger in the curry rice bowl. Croquet curry had a crispy fried potato paddy tossed on top. And to add a little sweetness, the secret ingredient in curry is applesauce. Personally I also like to sautee dumplings with a bit of this coating them which is a pain to cook and sticks to the pan easily but is delicious.

Q: Is it fresh? I don’t wanna get sick eating this.

Fresh? It is a boxed sauce where you have to add water. Nothing that sits in a box for months will ever be fresh.
