I read up about this acid- a lot. I watched a lot of videos on what not to do. I put this on my face maybe once a month depending on how long I leave it on when I use it. My skin is not sensitive and I had some pimples, so when I put this on it is so strong that it pops the pimples and makes them bleed. Unfortunately, now I have a scar or two from doing that. IF your face is clear with no acne and it is not sensitive this is good to use so your creams and moisturizers will penetrate your skin better after using this. You must do your research before trying at-home glycolic acid peels. Always have baking soda in water on hand as it neutralizes the acid peel. I have accidentally left this on for longer than 5 minutes and it burnt the crap out of my face, but my face was ok 2 days later. Everyone's skin is different. This does burn the holy hell out of your face but if you can stand it for 3-4 minutes, neutralize it and put your moisturizers and vitamin c and stay out of the direct sun for up to a week! you will have glowing smooth skin. This is my first time buying from this brand and after some research I decided to try this product.I only tried acid peels from another brand and It was disappointing but I was amazed with the result of this product after 2 uses.How I used it:I cleansed my skin. Pat dry. Took a cotton ball and used rubbing alcohol to remove oil from my skin. Took cotton ball with acid and gently patted onto my face, starting with forehead, then cheeks, chin and last my nose. I experienced no discomfort or burning. I left it on for 3 minutes. I immediately washed my face with water/baking soda, pat dry. I used fruit of the earth's aloe Vera facial cream after.Results: some redness. Next day some peeling occurred. I used it again 2 days after and more peeling occurred. It cleared up my current breakout and I noticed a reduction in pore size.I plan to continue to use this product to help remove old acne scars. After only 2 uses I am already loving the results. My skin looks clearer!

I originally purchased this on behalf of my daughter. She's getting married later this summer and the back of her wedding dress is cut low and shows her back and, she had several pimples that would not clear up on their own. Since this was her first peel, I cut the solution in half by using purified water and I mixed water and baking soda and put it in a spray bottle. I applied the peel and we left it on for two minutes, sprayed her back with the baking soda solution and then washed it with with Cetaphil foam cleanser and, in 5 days her back was completely clear!! I was so amazed that I went online that night and purchased another bottle!!This worked AMAZINGLY well with so little effort, no reapplying every night for the desired effect, just one and done!

I was excited to try this product and for the first use, I applied it exactly as the directions stated. 3 days later, no peel, nothing. By the 5th day, I still didn't see any change or sign of it working so I did another application with 3 layers and waited 5 minutes before neutralizing. 3 days later, still no peel & no change in my skin tone or appearance. For the 3rd application, I applied 1 full coverage layer and left it on overnight. The only difference that I can see after 3 peels is that my skin tone has a very slight improvement and appears a bit more even. 3 applications and 10 days later, I am sad to say that my results are not what I was expecting. I will try a higher percentage and see if that works better for me. If you are a first time user and are looking for a very light lunchtime peel to try, this is for you.

I bought this after using a couple other more expensive glycolic acid peels. This one tops them all. It is a great price, is simple to use, and I've gotten better results than with the others. I use a small fan brush, small dipping cup (one you'd use for guac or dip), just drip a small of the product in the tray, and leave it on the areas of my face I need it for about 2 or 3 minutes. Rinse, then apply a good moisturizer and always do this at night, once a week. My face already has great results, and I've only used this for a month. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fairly prices, no frills, great working glycolic peel!!!!

Do not buy!!!!! Let me start by saying my skin is pretty clear and far from being sensitive. I bought this product and used it as spot treatment.. thank god I didn't use it all over my face. This made break out like crazy where I applied it horrible horrible product that was only after one use I tried returning it the next day and Amazon wouldn't allow me to. WASTE OF MONEY never again

Got water in bottle...got it for dark knees & elbows...but it does nothing...used 2 times for 5 mins but nothing happen....dont buy it.

Its not a good product at all.. or may you one needs to visit only the dermatologist for such procedures..
