Edifier e10BT Exclaim Bluetooth Speakers with Dual Bass - Wireless Home Speaker System

If you want HIFI, If you want bassy speaker, If you want Vocal-special speaker, If you want room filling, this is NOT the speaker for you. With that being said, I still give it 5 stars.The design is super unique, blend in really well with all setup, built quality feel really good. The Base of the unit has this rubber coating on it that feel nice to the touch (not that you're gonna feel it much, but worth mentioning). Grill is really high quality, at certain angle you can actually see the drivers on the inside. Best part is, it can be squeeze anywhere on the desk.The sound while not impressive, it's very balance. The bass is plenty low, but it's more amplified mid-bass, not the low low bass that you can "feel". The high is fairly muted in a bass heavy song or track, but it's enough to hear when you can it up. In fact, the high is quite pleasant, not scorching like other speakers. This speaker will not fill the room, but sitting couple feet away it's extremely pleasant and sound plenty loud. For $100, I cannot beat it.Yes I've tried Bose Companion 2 and 20 (twice $). Those sound good but lack bass for the high they're trying to push, those bose are more room filling but your ear will tired out if you use it as a desk.I also have a Logitech Z633 which I gave to a friend since it offer almost NO mid and lack high.Final Verdict: If you need space saving speakers, GET THIS. If you want anything that sound good as a desktop speakers, just get other bookshelf by edifier. I really like the way their speakers sound. Very Natural without piercing highs or distorted lows.

Let me preface this review by giving you some context on my audio affiliation. I am an audiophile. I do most of my listening on a high end headphone system these days and I am a very familiar with high end speaker systems.I bought the Edifier Exclaim bt's to be used in the office for some background music and to get a little better sound out of my pc for casual music and youtube.Apon opening the box at delivery I was impressed by the packaging. The box provides great protection to the speakers. I doubt you will ever receive a damaged product through the mail with this packaging.The build quality is good. Solid build, good finishing and overall a good presentation. I did however find some packaging plastic stuck between the Edifier logo and the grill on the right speaker which I cannot get out. The cable connectors at the back of the speaker work well and have a snug fit, but I would be careful not to damage them as they do seem a little flimsy (but could you really expect more for the price?).Setup is really easy and simple. Connect the power to the right speaker, connect the two speakers via the provided cable and you're done. Bluetooth pairing is quick and simple on almost all platforms with a possible exception being windows. I did find the power cable from the power supply to be a little short for my liking (just over 1.5 feet).In the context of the price I would say the sound is good and quite resolved. There is no emphasis on any frequency and comes across as neutral.Treble is surprisingly crisp and sparkly with a acceptable amount of detail and clarity.Mids are well resolved but not particularly smooth due to the bass.The bass is where things get interesting. The sub bass is rolled off allot, but it is forgiven given the size of the speaker. Lower bass is audible and balanced. The upper bass is where the speaker looses composure. In the higher bass frequencies the enclosure hums with the loudspeaker and the frequencies do bleed into the mids a noticeable amount. At high volumes the bass does distort and sounds very sloppy.The speakers are very happy when used at moderate volumes. However they do not like going loud and don't have much thump.Even though the sound is flaud, for the price the sound is actually pretty good. The sound is more than adiquote for casual listening and is great for background ambience. But it is not for serious music listening sessions.The sound difference between using bluetooth or the line in is minimal. In fact I doubt I would be able to tell the difference in a blind test.To conclude. I think the Edifier Exclaim bt's are a great pair of speakers. Small, stylish and versatile and perform brilliantly for their intended use and price. It is a pair worth having wether you are an audiophile or not.

I am by no means a pro when it comes to being an audio nerd. - BUT For the longest time I had my eyes on the previous version of these speakers. When I found out there was a Bluetooth version - I was ecstatic to say the least. I had been needing a new set of speakers for a looong time. The last time I bought computer speakers was back in 2011 - So I am not spoiled with the latest, BEST, AMAZEBALLS audio qualities that an audiophile would expect. When I plugged these bad boys in I was in awe. Well, I was deaf cause I was right next to the speakers when it turned on (had my phone connected to it) to play music - But I was happy. The hi's and mids sound VERY CLEAN. The bassey lows were very fun to hear and watch (the rubber sides vibrating [no, don't think like that]). I connected my phone with it with a 3.5 mm cable they gave in the box and it works (wasn't going to use it but it's good for non-bluetooth times I suppose). Then I connected to them via bluetooth and it worked in like 2 seconds. The volume bars on the right speaker work great. I like that they feel like they're part of the design as opposed to huge ugly buttons/ knobs that don't look pleasing to the eye like most pc speakers. The power button when held for 2 seconds can be used to turn the speakers off. When I had bluetooth connected to it and I pushed the power button (not held just pushed for an instant) it disconnects bluetooth but stays powered on. This is great for people that use two audio sources like me. Phone for music - the wired connection for whatever - PC or T.V. or something.The only gripe I have is these things are on a glass tabletop and with huge amounts of bass they tend to move after a while (but not by much). The base of the speakers are really good at gripping at non-glass surfaces. These speakers feel premium and I am happy I spent my birthday gift money on these. They're very unique and they perfectly match my Playstation 3D display.5 stars - Thanks Edifier!TL;DR This is good buy this and don't have the speakers on glass tabletops cause vibrations.

Las recomiendo, el sonido es muy bueno, los grabes super, lo único que les falto a estas bocinas es una entrada para poder conectar audífonos de forma alámbrica pero si las recomiendo... son un poco grandes como para escritorio pero bueno eso no impide que diga que son geniales.... de controles, pues solo trae subir/bajar de volumen y cambiar de auxiliar a bluetooth.

Leider wird dieses Produkt mit einem Stecker für den englischen/Amerikanischen Markt ausgeliefert.Ohne entsprechenden Adapter für Deutschland sind die Lautsprecher nicht zu nutzen.Leider fehlt dieser Hinweis in der Artikelbeschreibung völlig.

Love these speakers. I play them all day while working on my PC. Easy to switch between Bluetooth and wired.
