Supermicro Mini ITX A1SAI-2550F-O Quad Core DDR3 1333 MHz Motherboard and CPU Combo

EDIT (2->1 star)Waste of money.This board is impossible to get memory for. Sounds great capacity wise, but it's not produced or available anymore. I twice got non-ECC memory purchased which was labeled as ECC. And now memory vendors are simply shrugging unable to find anything but 2-4GB modules, maybe. At the price of 16-32GB modules non-ECC.I've had this board for almost 6 months now. In that time I've purchased 5 batches of memory, some was falsely advertised as ECC etc. but I've had at least 3 different kinds of ECC DDR3 memory for it and the board never boots. I contacted Supermicro who also could not gather the RAM they claim has been tested with the system, nor did they manage to make it boot either. Because this memory is rare it's pricy - it's definitely a half a dozen of hundreds of dollars worth of a doorstop. WASTE of money to even consider this crap. I wish I would have been able to test this faster (the time with Supermicro was several months by itself) so I could send it back. I guess I need to find someone on Ebay who wants a challenge.

There's no problems with this motherboard. The internal USB 3.0 is brilliant to put a pendrive with the system and don't spend external ports.The IPMI is excellent to load some image, boot, install, configure, reboot,.. I've tested with Linux and FreeBSD without hangs.Pay attention with the USB 3.0 options in BIOS and the OS. For example with Linux or FreeBSD you must play with the values and the modules to achieve these ports work.
