I'm very happy with this product - good flavor, no sugar, no toxic artificial sweeteners, easy to make. What puzzles me are the other reviews! Please see my detailed comments below:1. Consistency and flavor:The consistency is firm like ordinary jello if prepared correctly (more on this below). The flavor is not the same as sugar, and this is a good thing. Sugar and stevia do not taste exactly the same. You don't expect a white grape and a red grape to taste the same, right? Honestly, when you detox from sucrose (kitchen sugar), after a while the taste of sugar becomes disgusting: too sweet! Stevia is healthier, more natural and is not dangerous like artificial sweeteners.2. PreparationThe preparation is really simple - just two lines of instructions. However, it is NOT LIKE REGULAR JELLO! Read the box, folks. If you do as it says, with the right measures, it will be just fine.

I am very skeptical when it comes to buying sugar free products and not having a fake sugar taste. As I get older I have found I cannot stand both artificial sugars and natural, like stevia. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of this jello. Not bad at all for a sugar free. Trying to cut out sugar in my life and thought this was a good alternative when my sweet tooth was craving something other than fruit.

Zero stars. Does not set. I followed the instructions and after being left in the refrigerator overnight it is still liquid. I tried 2 of the 4 boxes then just threw out the other two. Total waste of money and time.

I would rate a 5 star if the price was lower. $13.99 for 4 packages is a bit much. Otherwise, I love this dessert, it's easy to make, and it keeps me on my diet. I definitely appreciate the all natural ingredients. I notice that if you follow the directions and use the 1 and 2/3 cup of water, it comes out a bit watery and not firm. I find that 1 and 1/3 cup of water is enough for a perfect consistency.
