I want this clock, does bradfrod exchange offer a warranty on breakage and substandard workmanship?

Beware: I ordered a Bradford Exchange snow globe from Amazon. It was defective & the manufacturer (Bradford Exchange) refused to help me. Don’t believe the other comment from them saying they will replace any damaged item. That’s a lie.

Does it come in box? What are the dimensions?

Measures 21" H, including pine cone weights. All of our items are new and are packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Some items may ship in a Styrofoam box. When an item ships to you in a Styrofoam box, the Styrofoam box is the original box from the manufacturer. The certificate of Authenticity will also be included.
