It is very pretty and went on very easily. We recently finished off our third floor for our oldest daughter and had a window by next to the stairs that was impossible to put blinds on because of its location. So we wanted something to block nosey neighbors from looking in. This did the trick. The added scrapper thing made it even easier to apply. Now it may block nosey neighbors it does nothing for the pesky sun that shines it. But makes it easier to get a teenager up and out of bed for work and school in the am.

Fast shipping, decent price, good quality. I found the smoother to be easier to use than a squeegee. The trick to an easy install is as follows: Make sure the window is super clean. Measure the height/width of window pane and cut the film the measurements with an extra 1.5" to allow trimming (use a leveler as a cutting guide. and a hard, flat surface to cut on). DRENCH the window pane with your soap/water mixture. Peel film, stick, straighten, spray with more water mixture and then get the bubbles out by going from the middle to the edges. Once most of the bubbles are out, trim and then smooth the rest of the bubbles out towards the edges.

I'm very happy with this window film! We bought it for long skinny windows in our bathroom, and it does the job quite well. This film does have a very thin, clear plastic film on the back of it that must be peeled off before it will adhere well to the window! I've used many window films and never had one before with a film, so at first I was confused at why it was not working well, as I, ahem, didn't read the directions. Film is well made, very pretty, and an inexpensive fix for a need such as this.

This item is working perfectly and it was not hard to put it on my windows. The only problem was that it was a little shorter than I expected, but I still like it very much.

It is somewhat more difficult to apply than the Artscape brand. Because protint does not have a paper backing I had some difficulty separating the backing. The plastic film seems a bit thinner as well. It does work but I preferred the artscape brand. However the result is the same,the dogs can't see outside! The random barking is reduced by about 90 percent! Life is good!

My husband and I had a hard time peeling the film from the plastic backing, we had to contact the company several times. It looks great!

Cute, fairly easy to apply and gives the frosted etched glass look instantly.

I am very pleased with how this turned out. I have installed window film for solar in the past. This is a thicker vinyl type product and is much easier to work with.
