Similar to one I had.
I bought one similar 2yrs prior to this one and the velcro separated from the band but still continued using it w/ a strap bc it helped. Seeing this one, looked more sturdy and it’s adjustable. I LOVE IT!

Great support but slight comfort issues
The media could not be loaded. I had cervical fusion on my neck a few years ago and I find reading and looking down at the computer for any length of time bothers my neck a lot. I try this neck brace and I really like it. However, I had some issues with the comfort.Pros & Cons:SUPPORT: this neck brace provides terrific support. With an adjustable, chin, rest, if it’s every level that I’d like to place my head. works wonderful for any length of time looking at the computer.PORTABLE: this neck brace lies flat, which is terrific. Easy for traveling, and even putting it in my purse.Ease-of-use: Extremely easy to use. Chin rest clicks up to adjust to the level you want and simply pull the chin rest away from the frame, and it goes back down.COMFORT: This is where it loses a star. It has a Silicone chin rest, which at first feels very soft. After any length of time, a chin gets irritated, rubbing on this rubber piece. I put an eyeglass cleaning cloth under my chin and this works.NECK STRAP: the neck strap is Velcro adjustable and will fit any next size. However, the problem I have with this neck strap is that it’s Velcro in the edges are rough. Any length of time begins to irritate my neck. Again I put a piece of material under it and at times put the strap directly over my long hair.CONCLUSION: I definitely recommend this neck brace. It’s unusual and provides terrific support. It’s very lightweight and extremely portable.

Poorly put together
I purchase one of these supports three or four months ago, and the strap came loose within the first month of using it. I purchased another one, and it is exactly the same thing. I used them for two or three weeks more after the strap came loose partially, and it finally came completely loose. That's two of them that did it, so I'm not ordering another one I think it worked well otherwise, and I was wearing it almost 24 hours a day sometimes. It just needs to be made better.

Very comfortable!
I purchased this after a car accident. When my head felt heavy or over stimulated I rested it on the chin rest. It is comfortable and easy to use.

Works well for my purposes
I broke my neck several months ago and had to wear a neck brace for 12 weeks. When that brace was removed, I found it very difficult to hold my head up in the normal vertical position (apparently due to muscular atrophy). I'm undergoing physical therapy to correct that problem and my therapist suggested this device to speed up the process. I obtained one and started using it wrong right away. For situations like mine this device should not be tightened so as to hold your head up in the proper position. It should be attached loosely so that chin contact with the pad reminds the user to use the right muscles to hold his head up in the proper position. I have confidence that this device will do the job.

Very uncomfortable and didn't help me at all.
This was a very disappointing purchase. I need support while walking (due to 2 compression fractures in my neck/thorax) and this brace didn't provide it. If I am sitting still I can rest my head on it, but forget it if I want to stand and walk.
