I was helping a friend demo the interior of his house and started to feel tired and worn our a few hours in. I dropped a 1/2 a pellet in a bottle of water and drank the entire 16oz. 10 minutes later I felt re-energized and was good for another 3 hours.

probably had a positive effect
Appears to have made a difference during the hot summer months. The artificial flavoring is very artificial, but if you were raised on Kool-Aid, as I was, it is acceptable.
