Great quality product
I love the combination of supplements in this vitamin. It’s kind of like a combination of a multivitamin and a neurological support vitamin. Although if you’re working on something like neuropathy, you probably could use higher doses of certain supplements in this vitamin complex such as Alpha Polic acid.. Still I think it’s a good quality Product. I noticed that the B vitamins are methylated which many people need it. That’s usually found in the better quality products. It’s gluten-free and I’m very happy with it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Well-Rounded Support That Actually Tastes Good
I started using SpectrumNeeds® as part of a broader focus on improving my energy, focus, and general well-being—and I’ve been really impressed. The formula is packed with a ton of essential nutrients (33 active ingredients!) and feels like a great all-in-one daily support. One of the things I really like is that it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other supplements I’ve tried, and it actually tastes pretty decent for something so comprehensive—lemon flavor is refreshing and easy to mix into water or juice. I mainly take it for the nervous system and energy metabolism support, but I also appreciate the antioxidant and methylation benefits. Bonus points for being allergen-free and clean. I’ve noticed subtle improvements in focus and overall energy during the day, so I’ll definitely keep using it as part of my morning routine.

Advanced Multivitamin Supplement
I'm very impressed with the formulation and quality of this supplement. It's a carefully formulated powder with credible scientific evidence to help with brain health. I've been giving this to a relative that I'm currently caring for, and it's been helping him a lot. It's easy to mix into drinks and he's fine with the taste. It's effective and it's well worth incorporating into his wellness regimen. My family is happy with this supplement, we'd give it ten stars. I highly recommend trying it!

Extensive ingredients
This SpectrumNeeds supplement comes in a dissolvable powder. The lemon is pleasant but is nothing to rave about. What made me ordered this is the extensive list of ingredients and that it is manufactured in the USA. I don't take it everyday, I take it every two to three days to feed some goodness into my body, since I don't always eat a balanced diet. I do feel kind of good after taking it, other than that I don't notice much other effects on me (good or bad). Mine arrived with about 14 months from the expiry date. It is a bit pricy, that's why I only take it every few days :)

This drink is like no other! Well worth it!
The ingredients list is impressive. As soon as I opened the tub, I got a whiff of vitamins. The smell you get when opening a bottle of multivitamins. I thought for sure there was no way I’d get my son to even take a small sip of the mixed drink. To my surprise, once mixed in juice, the vitamin taste and smell diminished! Virtually undetectable when mixed in juice. The claims stated in the listing are all true! This is a phenomenal supplement! The ingredients list is well thought out, and backed by studies on supplemental needs of the targeted group. Pricy, but well worth it. I highly recommend giving this supplement drink a shot!

Autism adult tested and approved.
I am a 47-year-old woman with autism so the supplement intrigued me. I'm a big fan of nutritional support in part because without it I don't function quite right and dietary needs are really important for people on the spectrum especially as we struggle to eat properly. Without the supplementation to support a healthy mind and body function, the dysfunction can cause a snowball effect in our overall well-being inevitably contributing to sensory overload and burnout. This is a powder supplementation which requires two small scoops per 8 oz glass of water. The overall vitamin supplements are similar to what you might get in a multivitamin but without the swallowing, which is actually pretty awesome. Swallowing pills can be pretty difficult for some people on the spectrum. I personally hate it. The powder mixes pretty well though can settle at times. Thank God the flavor is non-specific. It's not overwhelming, it's not chalky or super sweet or super defined. It doesn't taste bad but is not very flavor specific, almost neutral palette wise which is awesome. I ended up with the berry flavor. I really like the fact that it doesn't taste like a nutritional drink, is it highly fruity, doesn't taste or smell like vitamins. Overall, it's really not offensive at all. It does seem like it should be a little bit more flavorful, but the neutral palette makes this easier across the board for autistic people allowing it to be potentially doctored flavor wise to your needs. You could mix it in your favorite smoothie or add a water flavoring like I do to the mix. I actually add in my water flavoring, liquid iron supplement, and vitamin c powder mix into this and it works real well. I've been taking it for a couple weeks now and I actually have to say I feel seemingly more positive and light feeling, less overwhelmed. I've actually had a pretty stable mood as well which I've been struggling with as of recently so this is a nice change. I can't necessarily say it's the supplement but the change has been in the past week and I haven't felt this light-minded in quite a while. Based on my overall experience, I'd have to say this is a pretty good supplement which may work decently well, especially for children with autism. My biggest issue with this product is the price. Maybe the present price of $99 is a reflection of the ingredients, but I feel like it's based more on marketing towards a disability group. I feel like it's rather taking advantage of a need, especially for parents looking for something to help their kids . I think the product has potential for those of us on the spectrum, but the cost may make it unaffordable for many. That is unfortunate and sad. I actually would consider buying this product if I could afford it. I can't. A $30 Price tag might be more reasonable.
