It’s difficult to give this product the correct star rating since the product itself seemed to perform well and as intended. My issue was that I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max in a simple Otter Box case with a pop socket attached …photo shows my phone with case size. It was difficult to get the phone into the waterproof pouch and darn near impossible to get it out once inside. I wanted a pouch that I could easily pop my phone into when going out to walk on rainy days. I did not want to have to remove the case each time I did this. For this reason I returned the product so I cannot speak to how the touch screen worked thru the pouch or whether or not it was actually waterproof. I did not want to give a poor rating but the buyer should be aware that this pouch does not work well with larger phones in protective cases.

These are great for water resistant! I bought for Disney and nothing got wet. I got for Galaxy Note 9 & (2) I Phone10's they all fit fine. Using face recognition w/all the phones was fine. The I Phones no problem w/ touch screen. Samsung touch screen function had some intermittent problems. Getting the phones in and out for I Phones no problem with the Samsung in was a breeze out was a nightmare because it is so close to size you has to peel it away. So if you dont need to get it out til the end of the day it's great. If You think you might have to take it out multiple times get a bigger siperiod you can take pictures with the cover on no problem. Discover totally to it's job never leaped once we're all easy to use just the problem getting the Samsung phone out.

Went to waterpark was able to keep phone with me for videos/pictures, phone was safe in water.

I used it when I was learning to surf and I was so glad I was able to have my phone to capture the moments out there. This was perfect. It’s also been jet skiing with me and I just love it.

Bought these for a girls trip to Mexico and we were all able to get great photos without getting our phones wet!

My mother in law’s phone fell in the oceans of Culebra PR on an excursion. The next day a new group of tourists found her phone in the ocean and shipped it back to us!! This case is awesome !

My phone does not fit into this phone water case. I am hoping at-least one of my phones will. Maybe it is the case. This case is not big at all. Pretty colors.

Where the plastic meets the clips comes apart easily so be careful. It's good to hold Maps. you can put your ID init but I don't recommend that due to safety reasons. depending on what phone you have it can hold it but again don't really recommend it due to the plastic meeting the clip might not be sturdy otherwise it's fine.

A mi familia y a mi nos gustaron los protectores, son prácticos, muy ligeros y realmente son herméticos, los usamos en albercas y el mar en nuestras vacaciones. Si los recomiendo mucho y si volvería a comprarlos.

It’s overall a great product. My 14 year old brings every where he goes. Beach, boating and kayaking.Pouch is big enough to fit his iPhone XR, plus the case and there’s still room in it.Only thing is I wish the string that holds the case to the lanyard was a bit thicker. But all in all, like I said, it’s a great product.

It’s done it’s job! Happy with this.
