Oh my!!! I have started enjoying cooking and eating a Mediterranean diet and found this pepper to be the one ingredient I can't do without! Aleppo Pepper is used in so many Mediterranean recipes. Love this pepper!!! It is not too hot, but has a good flavor. You can cook with it, or as I do most of the time, I use it as a finishing pepper- I top my cooked vegetables (Broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes, etc) with it- not only for the extra flavor but also makes a great garnish. I keep a little covered bowl of it on the table.
