Absolute rubish
Our new build was equipped with these radiators, they are absolute tosh, they are difficult to program, loose settings on power outage meaning you need to spend hours programming each one back up to desired settings. Open window setting gives false reports and turns off the heater incorrectly for a already cold space. Eco mode heats either not enough or too much.They have bluetooth connectivity, but absolutely no applications to use this aspect and they are definitely not smart compatible without equally as expensive as purchase price additional components. Don't waste your money on this, look elsewhere, either go proper smart or go basic and save money.

Great when it worked!
Worked quite well for a few months, then stopped, right when my 91 year old mother needed it most - the middle of winter! Not impressed!

Poor thermostat
The thermostat is poor like a lot of similar models. It heats up, stops and then doesn’t power up again for a long time, leaving the room cold. Need constant attention to turn the heater up.
