Nice bridge
It appears to be well made but won’t work on my guitar. Parts are no longer made for my old Gibson. I ruined it trying to make it.

Ovsal two point tremolo bridge a bang beyond your buck!
Excellent quality 2 point bridge that is a perfect fit for any ST style tremolo pocket guitar body. It is made of great quality metal and perfectly polished. The chamfered edge gives uniform rocking we’re applying tremolo. You need to drill a 3/8 inch hole for the 10mm posts so you can drive them into the wood so they set in firmly. The bride metal is 3mm thick and the overall weight is close to 8oz. Installation will be easy but double and triple checking before drilling. If you are looking to go to a two point tremolo system that is without a doubt a top quality then these bridges by Ovsal is the way to go.

My 3rd tremolo bridge from them and still very happy
This is my third tremolo bridge from OVSAL and I’ve been happy with it so far in my guitar build. There are a few things you need to know. First, while this bridge is well built and put together, it is not the tone “upgrade” one would expect from a zinc alloy tremolo block. I did a sound comparison between my cheap and thin tremolo block and this one and to tonal difference is very small. You do get a slightly improve low end response with the zinc alloy block but there’s no improvement in the sustain. That’s due to the fact that the strings are not anchored deeper in the block and therefore not transferring the vibration to the larger mass. I also find that the saddles for this bridge is too heavily coated with the glossy finish to allow for proper vibration transfer. In fact, the saddles themselves don’t conduct ground because of thick the finish is. Second, the springs are pretty weak especially if you’re using a heavy strings or planning on using them for direct replacement. Third, while I have a positive view on the tension adjustment for the tremolo arm in my previous two reviews, I’m starting to find it a pain to do. There’s a small hex screw located at the back of the tremolo block that you use to adjust the tension of how stiff or loose the tremolo arm turns in its socket. It is best to adjust the tension before you install the bridge. Otherwise, you would have to dive bomb the tremolo unit while trying to fit the tiny hex wrench to adjust the tension. I’ve find that to not be a pleasant experience but it’s not the hardest thing to do.Overall, I still like this bridge. I plan on trying out their bent saddles on this bridge and see if it would improve the sustain a bit more. More updates soon.

Weighted and balanced
This has turned out to be a much better tremolo than I expected. That added weight is great and the shape is cool. I really like the push in tremolo arm. The two point attaches with the included long screws . It's an easy setup and it works great. I like these, might place this in some other guitars.

Pleasantly surprised
This is not an expensive trim unit but it is very good quality. It looks exactly like the one that came stuck on my Eart guitar. I wouldn't be surprised if these come from the same supplier or our OEM components for brands such as that. This is a very good unit with a push in style bar in a good quality block
