Hasbro, Angry Birds Transformers Heatwave the Fire-bot Bird Figure

I don't know what to say about this. My 5 year old begged for it for his birthday, so we bought it. But I can see no real value in it at all beyond that it makes him so happy. It is tiny, doesn't do much and it's definitely not something I can say was a great gift. But my boy is happy so what can I say?

Item DOES NOT WORK. Waiting for Amazon to get back to me. Really sad 5-yr-old. Tried three different machines and nothing happens. First Telepod we have gotten that (we have lots of the Angry Birds Star Wars Angry Birds) that has not worked. Never a problem until this one.I should note these are not made to the same quality the ABSW telepods. The top doesn't sit on the base well. The others are very secure but this one doesn't seem to go together. This may be the problem but I don't know.

I didn't read the description thoroughly and expected it to be a bit bigger.

This very expensive toy was opened when I received it. It was taped back together. I can't believe this was sold as NEW and at this price.
