It is packed in a fitted box that has very easy to read and comprehensive usage instructions. The item also came with a warranty registration card that you use to register your warranty online. The device is completely waterproof also. It is made out of non toxic ABS plastic which will cause no harm to humans.Design - The item is about 8 inches long from end to end with the small simulator being about 1.5 inches. It charges completely in about 2 hours and features a 48 hour usage time per charge which is incredible. The buttons located on the handle make it very simple to decide which mode bests suits your current mood or situation. The product is fully charged when the blinking LED stays lit solid. The charging port is at the bottom and is charged by a provided 5v USB charging cord. To power the item just hold the "s" button for a few seconds then click the up or down arrows to modify the settings. There is also special modes accesses by double clicking the buttons instead of a single press. It also comes with a handy storage pouch to prevent it from getting dirty.Performance - After the first charge the item works amazingly for long extended periods of use. The reviews I read on this product stated it was a bit noisy but that was not the experience I had. It runs very quietly yet boosts amazing power. You will not find another high end product like this at the price level. Most of the products I have tested could not even compare to the quality, durability, and features that this one has to offer.Overall View - I am always a bit skeptical when purchasing and trying new brands of items like this, most of them are cheaply made, die quickly, or have impossible to read instructions. This is not the case at all with Svakom. You will be more then satisfied with this item. All the faults in normal toys are not present at all in this item, IT will out perform anything you currently have. The warranty and customer service provided by the company is also unbelievable. This is my new favorite brand and I would highly recommend there products and support them 100%.

Update: Within 2 months of fairly regular use the small arm stopped vibrating. For awhile it would resume when I smacked it with my palm. Then about 3 months in it stopped working at all.I've been contemplating a rabbit type vibe for years and finally decided on this when my best friend bought one and raved. Her experience and the cost of the product got me to purchase it. Most vibrators at this end of the spectrum cost over $100. This is well made, well designed, and rechargeable.I couldn't give it 5 stars bc it didn't rock my world. Through no fault of the device, I apparently don't enjoy concurrent stimulation. I am glad I discovered this at under $60, it could have been a much more expensive lesson.

I was nervous about buying something like this with a rechargeable battery, it turns out it's super nice, packaging was descreat. The box it came in was very tasteful. A nice change to spice up the night between my husband and I. Easy to clean, no Oder, comes with a nice bag to store it in while it charges or whatever. The settings were a little confusing it seems to have a lot of options, which isn't a bad thing just something to figure out. All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase. Well worth the money.

I received a defective product :( Package arrived on time and was discrete. Looked beautiful and was excited to try it out, but it would not turn on (vibrate)... even after hours of charging. Huge disappointment. Luckily I have Prime as was able to return it for a full refund with no hassle.

Nice size and texture. Several vibe pattern options but none that were really "great" for me. The varied patterns did not repeat in a simple enough rotation so I couldn't really "get into a rhythm". You feel me? It was okay. O it does recharge via USB so that is cool.

Best toy I've ever owned. HANDS DOWN. This thing is fabulous, and packs a real punch. It's a little pricier than some other options, but I would buy it again in a second. I've owned it for over a year. The battery life is exceptional. When it was new, it was exceptionally quiet. It is definitely a little louder now, but, I'm not hiding from roommates or anything, so it doesn't bother me! Besides, if you use it under covers, it generally muffles enough anyway.

I know this is a brand new product I charged it and didn't work!!!! the worst didn't work do not waist your money on this !!!! Plus you CAN NOT RETURN IT!!!!
