A little clunky, you will need some sort of sealing material, but the concept is fine.Good, skilled dry wall cutting is necessary with proper insulating, sealing materials.A little clumsy on the opening, it uses the old lamp shade pulling, cord to open and close, which requires a lot of torque, which in turn requires a very solid seal of this device within your wall hole (sorry didn't know how else to say that).Ask a question and I will be happy to response.This was good, it was a first starter because it taught me other ventilation techniques with a low investment.
