Well, I was starting to notice some of the negative side effects of getting older, but not ready to talk to a physician about the V pill. I found some info about L-Argynine together with pycnogenol, and gave it a try. After a week or so there was noticeable improvement. Recommended!

I was looking for a way to control my blood pressure without needing prescription meds, especially once I found out I was pregnant. This has been great, been using it for about 5 months now. Blood pressure used to be as high as 190s/100s. Is now consistently low 120s/70s and I only take it 3xs a week now, concerned my np may go too low. My OBGYN sees no problem with me taking it. I also do strength train now and when I was pregnant I did light exercises.

I've tried this by itself with no real effect noticed. Then I tried it with my normal caffeine intake, and WOW, this kicked my caffeine into high gear. Definitely had to adjust how many coffees/caffeine pills I took with the suggested 3 pills 3x per day of the L-Arginine. This is good, as I was getting up to 1200mg of caffeine a day and was building up too much of a tolerance...now I've dropped down to 800mg of Caffeine a day, and only take the L-Arginine dose 2x a day.
