Not a long term doorbell
Its a nice doorbell but all of a sudden it stops sending notifications to your phone and doesn't notify you when someone rings it or detects motion anymore. I would not recommend this for long term, it doesn't last.

Articulo incompleto (No listo para usar)
No me agrado que no incluyen en la venta la Fuente de alimentacion (transformador de 14 volts) ni las baterias . El vendedor no explica al cliente (Antes de hacer la transaccion ) que este articulo funciona con baterias especiales que no se encuentran en el Mercado regular, ya que suministran 24 volts y tienen dimensiones que no se ajustan a las baterias regulares . Esto ocasiona que Ud. compra este articulo con el afan de instalarlo cuando lo recibe …..pero esto es imposible , debido a que no recibe el articulo completo. Ya hice esta compra y odio devolver las compras que hago, pero necesito que el vendedor me envie un email diciendome donde puedo comprar el transformador y las baterias ….Gracias Amazon

Was Jipped, Sold A Product with no Instructions, Or Full Packaging
Since the Covid-19 Pandemic I Finally had the opportunity to install The Video Doorbell... For The Price I Knew it was a risk.. So I Took That Chance , After looking at several reviews my product did not come in the same packaging...I Had to Google and Youtube instructions on how to operate The product. Im HIGHLY upset, I Wish i could get a refund, But im Well past that time slot ....Hopefully Yall Have better luck

Never had a chance to try it, there was a missing part. Had to send it back.

Wouldn't buy it
We have only had this for 3 months moisture has gotten behind the lense now you cant really see anything. The motion detection works but there is no way to set the distance for it so we had to turn it off because it would notify us everytime a car drove by. Now we only get notifications when someone rings the bell but that doesn't work very well because it takes forever for the picture to show up after they ring the bell. Over all I will never buy this kind again. I really wish I could get a refund cause really now with the lense messed up it's just a doorbell. The voice doesn't even work when you talk thru the door bell its crackled and you an hear the people talking to you at all

Easy to set up wireless doorbell
I got this video doorbell for my parents. They are amazed how convenient this is to use and how much improvement it is from a conventional doorbell. This device is fairly easy to install. The smart phone set up is also pretty painless and intuitive. I just love the fact that this device help me put some more smile on my parents face :)

Set up was easy as well and it works great
Amazon Key is a part of Prime that will deliver your items to the inside of your house. Amazon requires you to have one of their cameras inside to make it work. With the Ring, if they rang the doorbell first, you could see the before, during, and after Amazon makes their delivery.Overall, I love it. I don't have to rush downstairs to greet a rude solicitor.
